One of Launceston’s most loved cafes, fresh started operating in 1999 as a five-table, two-person enterprise.

Driven by the provision of healthy & tasty vegetarian, vegan, gluten free & raw food, fresh soon gained a solid share of Launceston’s dining market.

Since then fresh has been growing steadily and now includes a café, restaurant, sundeck, bar & entertainment venue, and boutique accommodation in the form of two self-contained serviced apartments.

With its retro feel and beautiful location opposite the lovely Princes Square, fresh provides an unbeatable blend of quality food and ambience.

We open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday, Sunday brunchand dinner every Friday night.

We will open Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights for groups of 25 or more.
